Common questions

How do I apply a new template to an existing PowerPoint by hand?

Open the deck, go to Design, open the Themes gallery and choose Browse for Themes to pick the template file. Then go slide by slide: choose Home, Layout, pick the closest layout, and click Reset to pull the content into the new placeholders. Anything outside a placeholder has to be restyled manually.

Why didn't changing the template update all my slides?

Themes restyle placeholders and theme colors only. Text boxes, shapes and fonts set directly on a slide override the template, so they stay exactly as they were.

Can PitchBoost use our new brand?
