Keynote to PowerPoint, without the broken slides

Keynote exports to .pptx in one click, but fonts swap, text overflows and layouts drift on the way. Upload the export and PitchBoost rebuilds every slide as native PowerPoint in your brand, so it looks right on every laptop in the room.

The free plan includes one AI deck a month. No credit card.

Upload, point at your website, done

The whole thing takes a few minutes, and you review the captured brand before anything generates.

1

Upload the deck you have

Any .pptx up to 50 MB. PitchBoost reads every slide, titles, body copy, the lot, and keeps your narrative intact. Nothing gets summarized away without asking you first.

2

Point it at your website

One scan picks up your logo, brand colors, and tone of voice. That's what the redesign is built from, your brand, not a template gallery.

3

Get the redesigned deck as a shareable link

A few minutes later you have a professionally laid-out deck, published as a trackable link. Edit any slide, export to PDF or PowerPoint, and see who opens it.

The situation this page exists for

Apple fonts do not survive the trip

Keynote decks lean on fonts that PowerPoint on Windows does not have. PowerPoint substitutes something close, and every line break and text box shifts with it.

Builds and layouts come out flattened

Magic Move, custom builds and some grouped objects convert into static or awkward approximations. The deck opens, but it is no longer the deck you designed.

Fixing the export is slower than starting over

Nudging text boxes back into place slide by slide is how an afternoon disappears. The client or the conference needs a .pptx that works, today.

What comes back

  • Native PowerPoint layouts, not a patched-up conversion
  • Fonts and spacing chosen to hold up on Windows and Mac
  • Your text, numbers and charts carried across slide by slide
  • An editable .pptx, a PDF, and a link that shows who opened it

Common questions

How do I export a Keynote file to PowerPoint?

In Keynote choose File, Export To, PowerPoint, and save the .pptx. Upload that file to PitchBoost. The text on every slide and the images you placed come with it.

Why does my Keynote deck look different in PowerPoint?

Mostly fonts and effects. PowerPoint on Windows does not have many Apple fonts, so it substitutes them, which changes line breaks and spacing. Some builds and transitions have no PowerPoint equivalent and get simplified.

Will my animations carry over?

PitchBoost rebuilds the layout and design, not Keynote-specific animations. You get clean slides that you can add PowerPoint transitions to if you need them.

Can I keep working in Keynote afterwards?

Yes. Keynote opens .pptx files, so you can bring the redesigned deck back into Keynote whenever you like.
