When PowerPoint Designer runs out of ideas, redesign the whole deck
Designer suggests layouts one slide at a time, and only when a slide fits its rules. PitchBoost takes your entire .pptx, learns your brand from your website, and rebuilds every slide in one pass, then hands you an editable PowerPoint and a link that shows you who opened it.
The free plan includes one AI deck a month. No credit card.
Upload, point at your website, done
The whole thing takes a few minutes, and you review the captured brand before anything generates.
Upload the deck you have
Any .pptx up to 50 MB. PitchBoost reads every slide, titles, body copy, the lot, and keeps your narrative intact. Nothing gets summarized away without asking you first.
Point it at your website
One scan picks up your logo, brand colors, and tone of voice. That's what the redesign is built from, your brand, not a template gallery.
Get the redesigned deck as a shareable link
A few minutes later you have a professionally laid-out deck, published as a trackable link. Edit any slide, export to PDF or PowerPoint, and see who opens it.
The situation this page exists for
"Sorry, no design ideas for this slide"
Designer needs an internet connection, a built-in theme, a Title or Title + Content layout, and no extra text boxes or shapes. Real decks break those rules on almost every slide, which is exactly when you need the help.
One slide at a time is still a day's work
Even when it works, Designer offers options per slide. Thirty slides means thirty decisions, and the results rarely look like they belong to the same deck.
It knows PowerPoint's themes, not your brand
Designer works best with the themes that ship with PowerPoint. Custom and downloaded themes, the ones companies actually use, often get no suggestions at all.
What comes back
- Every slide redesigned in one pass, consistent from first to last
- Works on crowded slides, custom themes and text boxes Designer skips
- Your logo, colors and voice pulled from your website
- An editable PowerPoint, plus a trackable link that shows who opened it
Common questions
Why does PowerPoint Designer say there are no design ideas?
The usual causes: you are offline, the deck uses a custom or downloaded theme, the slide is not on a Title or Title + Content layout, it has shapes or text boxes outside the placeholders, more than one slide is selected, or someone else is editing the same slide. Older .ppt files and accounts without a Microsoft 365 subscription do not get suggestions either.
How do I turn Designer back on?
Go to File, Options, General, and under PowerPoint Designer tick "Automatically show me design ideas". If the box is grayed out, your IT admin has probably disabled it. In versions with Copilot, the feature appears on the Home tab as Design Suggestions.
Do I need Microsoft 365 to use PitchBoost?
No. PitchBoost runs in the browser. Upload a .pptx from any version of PowerPoint, or an export from Google Slides or Keynote, and download the result as PowerPoint or PDF.
What does it cost?
One AI deck a month is free, up to 10 slides, with a small badge. Starter is $9 a month for decks up to 50 slides with no badge; Pro is $29 a month for up to 60 slides and full viewer analytics.
