To redesign a PowerPoint in PitchBoost, choose "Make a deck I have better" after signing in, upload the .pptx (up to 50 MB), enter your company website so it can pick up your logo and colors, and click Generate. The rebuilt deck arrives in about 3 to 5 minutes as a web deck you can edit, share as a link, or download as PowerPoint or PDF. Your slide content is kept; the layout, typography, spacing and brand are rebuilt.
Steps
- Sign in and choose "Make a deck I have better". Create a free account or sign in. On the first screen pick the rebuild option. If you arrived from a redesign page on this site, you land there automatically.
- Upload the .pptx. Drop in the PowerPoint file or click to browse. Files up to 50 MB are accepted. Keynote and Google Slides users export to .pptx first (one menu click in either app).
- Enter your company website. PitchBoost scans it for about 15 seconds and captures your logo, brand colors, fonts and tone of voice. If it picked the wrong logo, replace it right there before generating.
- Decide what to do with a long deck. If the deck has more slides than your plan rebuilds, PitchBoost asks whether to condense it to fit or rebuild the first slides only. Most decks under the limit skip this step.
- Click Generate and wait, or leave. The rebuild usually takes 3 to 5 minutes including a quality review. You can watch the slides land, or close the tab: PitchBoost emails you a link to the finished deck.
- Review, edit, share. Open any slide in the editor to tweak it, publish the deck as an unlisted link, or download it as PowerPoint or PDF from the share screen.
What changes and what does not
The content of each slide is preserved: titles, body text, numbers, chart values and speaker-facing structure. What gets rebuilt is everything visual: layout, hierarchy, typography, color, spacing and imagery, all in the brand captured from your website.
Dense slides are restructured rather than shrunk. A wall of bullets becomes a layout that matches its content (steps, a comparison, a grid). Nothing is invented; a fact check compares the rebuilt deck to your original.
Slide limits by plan
The free plan rebuilds up to 10 slides, Starter up to 25 and Pro up to 60. A longer deck can be condensed to fit before the rebuild starts, and the share screen tells you how many slides were kept.
Questions
Does it work with .ppt files?
Upload .pptx. Open a legacy .ppt in PowerPoint and use Save As to convert it; nothing is lost.
Can I redesign only some slides?
The rebuild runs on the whole deck. Afterwards every slide is editable, and you can regenerate or restore individual slides in the editor.
What does it cost?
The free plan includes one AI deck a month, up to 10 slides, with a small PitchBoost badge. Starter is $9 a month for up to 25 slides and no badge; Pro is $29 a month for up to 60 slides with full analytics.
